  1. This article was very informative. I like how you highlighted several things with gluten that some people forget to think about. My mom has Celiacs disease and I am always on the look out for new information. She loves baking with Pam’s Flour that you mentioned here. I have yet to try making bread with it. Baking is one of my favorite things but I have not had much luck with gluten free baking. Do you have any recommended recipes?

  2. Wow I didn’t realize that there was gluten in many of the things that you listed. Packaged hot chocolate, wow. Even in things like hot dogs. I guess I just never thought about all the things that we eat that have gluten in them.
    I’ll be honest, I do eat a ton of foods that include gluten, so now I may have to rethink that.
